This package includes a Day of Coordinator and assistant. The Event Planner services are to perform the following services for the Client

• Organizes and runs Rehearsal
• Handle all logistics of the wedding day.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors.
• Creates a detailed schedule for the wedding day.
• Keep everybody on time and organized throughout the day.
• Organize and direct the entrance of family members, groom, officiant, groomsmen, bridesmaids, flower girl and ring bearer, and bride.
• Solve last-minute problems that arise.
• Oversees food and makes sure everyone receives their meal in an orderly and timely fashion.
• Ensure that all planned events happen on time (ie: first dance, daddy-daughter dance, cake cutting, toasting, departure)
• Ensure the departure vehicle is in location for the sendoff.
